I do lift weights to be stronger than I was yesterday, not to compare myself to others, I run because I enjoy the cardiovascular effect on my body, not to burn calories, I do HIIT because life is chaotic sometimes, not to kill myself; Training, exercise & movement is a gift, not a punishment for eating; Set a goal, assess, plan and execute, keep it simple, then move with intention, not with rush.
