My professional experience spans multiple disciplines, including weight training in gym environments, Olympic lifts, functional training, hypertrophy, and strength training. I have worked with a variety of equipment, such as free weights (dumbbells and barbells), machines, and alternative tools (e.g., elastic bands, BOSU balls, TRX, etc.), as well as bodyweight exercises.
