Warm up before exercise, then do the following exercises:
Lunges back and forward - 10 reps each way (back and forward)
Burpees without jumping - 10 reps
Around the world with clap - 10 reps
Lunges - squat - shoulder press with dumbells - 4 reps on each exercise
Renegade row - squats - 4 reps on each exercise
Pullover with dumbbell - 10 reps
Rest between exercises. Set can be repeated.
