SATS Yoga Hot 26+2 is a physically demanding yoga class in a heated room. In this class, we perform 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises. The yoga poses are done in the same sequence in every class, following a set sequence. You will have a class that stretches and challenges most muscle groups in the body. It will also challenge your balance, endurance, and concentration. It is a class that will make you more flexible and stronger throughout your body.
SATS Yoga Hot 26+2 starts with a warming breathing exercise. We then proceed with standing yoga poses to warm up the entire body. SATS Yoga Hot 26+2 is a class that follows the same sequence of 26 poses each time. These yoga poses are challenging for strength, endurance, and balance. In a 90-minute class, some poses are done twice, while in a 60-minute class, they are done once, but always in the same order. In this class, we do the yoga poses together and in sync, with everyone in the yoga room. The instructor stands at the front of the room and provides verbal guidance. All Hot 26+2 classes conclude with a lying relaxation.
SATS Yoga Hot 26+2 is a class where we have drawn exercises and sequence from a traditional hot yoga style. In a Hot 26+2 class, you will receive guidance on modifications of the poses from the yoga teacher if needed.
This class gives you the opportunity to truly challenge and move your body and build endurance in the heat. It is a yoga class for those who have practiced dynamic yoga before and know that they enjoy practicing it in high temperature.
