Barbell Overhead Squat
Variant of squats in which the barbell is held above the head with straight arms. Challenges the whole body with both mobility and strength.

Push the barbell straight above your head, locking out your elbows.
Drive your hips back, bending your knees and keeping your core engaged.
Lower until your upper thighs are parallel with the ground or slightly below.
Push back up slowly, returning to the starting position.
Be sure to keep that barbell fixed overhead throughout the entire movement.
